For visual perception in media sphere we need less then we used to think. Often a title or a little
preview is enough. These images lost their fetish quality. They were diminished and converted to
web format retaining 16 colors or less. The raster structure makes it possible to manipulate the image size.
Small physical size allows these under-images retaining their informational core with any
internet-connection. So the content of the image is available for everyone.
